We’re seeking a **Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster** who shares our mission of caring for people — ensuring that every claim is handled with empathy, integrity, and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do:
+ Manage and resolve workers’ compensation claims with compassion and fairness, from first report through closure
+ Partner with employees and service office leadership to support safe recovery and return to work.
+ Collaborate with Third Party Administrator to ensure claims are handled effectively and brought to the most cost-effective resolution.
+ Handle a caseload of 100 – 150 active Workers’ Compensation claims, including litigated claims.
What You’ll Bring:
+ 3+ years of workers’ compensation adjusting experience
+ Strong understanding of workers’ compensation laws and best practices
+ Excellent communication and active listening skills — with a genuine desire to help others
+ Ability to mentor and train others

+ **Base Salary: $70,000 - $82,000 / year** depending on qualifications
