• RN-Nurse Manager

    Northeast Alabama Regional Medical Center (Anniston, AL)


    Directs and supervises functions and activities in assigned unit; implements and interprets policies, procedures, standards, and regulations for personnel, patients, medical staff, and the public. Performs duties in nursing capacity as needed.

     

    Assesses and maintains adequate staffing needs. Maintains effective communication. Provides a safe environment for patients and staff. Manages departmental budget in a manner reflective of sound fiscal planning.

     

    Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred. Valid Alabama or MSL RN License. ?????????????? Previous clinical experience with managerial skills preferred.

     

    Professional Requirements: Current Alabama RN license. CPR Certification. Unit specific skills.
