    NTT DATA's Client currently seeks a Telecom Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides comprehensive support for corporate mobile devices and pager services. This role ensures seamless communication for staff and leadership by managing service requests, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining accurate documentation.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    + Mobile Device Management:

    + Order and provision corporate cell phones for authorized staff (MDs, VPs).

    + Manage FirstNet Central dashboard and Telecommunication account.

    + Troubleshoot mobile device issues and provide user support.

    + Configure and cancel call forwarding for corporate lines.

    + Process transfers from corporate to personal accounts while maintaining compliance.

    + Maintain telecom user base and remove departing employees.

    + Coordinate payroll deduction and personal check forms for device billing.

    + Manage telecom loaner phone inventory and documentation.

    + Provide travel coverage guidance for international plans (AT\&T International Day Pass, Telecommunication TravelPass).

    + Respond to after-hours cell phone emergencies per established guidelines.

    + Ensure proper disposal of hazardous waste (e.g., batteries).

    + Pager Management:

    + Troubleshoot pager issues and replace defective units.

    + Order and manage long-range and in-house pagers via vendor portals.

    + Add user numbers and update pager information in 1Call and other systems.

    + Assign pager groups and maintain accurate records.

    + Provide after-hours pager support as needed.

    Documentation & Compliance:

    + Maintain accurate records of telecom processes, forms, and reference guides.

    + Ensure adherence to corporate policies for device management and billing.

    + Collaborate with vendors (FirstNet AT\&T, Telecommunication, American Messaging) for service coordination.

    Education Requirements:

    + High school diploma or equivalent required.

    + Associate degree or technical certification in IT, Telecommunications, or related field preferred.

    Experience Requirements:

    + Minimum 2 years of experience in telecom support, IT helpdesk, or related role.

    + Familiarity with telecom systems (FirstNet, Telecommunication, SAP, 1Call) preferred.

    Skills & Competencies:

    + Strong technical troubleshooting skills for mobile devices and pagers.

    + Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

    + Strong communication and customer service skills.

    Work Environment:

    + On-site role at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

    + Standard office environment providing on-site support.

    Physical Demands:

    + Ability to lift and carry small telecom equipment (up to 20 lbs).

    + Frequent use of computer and phone systems.

    Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is **$18 - $22** . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

     

    This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
