The VP Global Marketing is responsible for leading our global marketing initiatives and maintaining a highly differentiated and sustainable competitive advantage. This pivotal role drives brand recognition, thought leadership, and customer engagement, while generating above-market revenue growth across all businesses and regions. A key focus of this role is the strategic leadership and execution of digital marketing, ensuring innovative, data-driven approaches that enhance our online presence, optimize customer journeys, and deliver measurable impact. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Strategic Marketing Leadership:

+ Oversee website strategy, content management, and e-commerce initiatives.

+ Manage social media and influencer marketing to strengthen audience engagement.

+ Ensure marketing automation, CRM integration, and tech stack optimization

+ Data-Driven Decision Making:

+ Establish KPIs and dashboards for digital performance tracking.

+ Use analytics to inform strategy, identify trends, and drive ROI.

+ Team Leadership & Talent Development:

+ Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing global marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

+ Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Influence:

+ Partner effectively with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align marketing strategies with business priorities, ensuring cohesive execution and measurable impact across all regions.
