This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You'll Do:
+ Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
+ Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
+ Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
+ Assign work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs.
+ Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
+ Inspect new installations for compliance with building codes and safety laws.
+ Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
+ Impact the quality of own work.
+ Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
+ Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
What You'll Need:
+ High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma or equivalent experience with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
+ Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
+ Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive approach.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Senior Maintenance Technician position is $30 per hour and the maximum salary for the Senior Maintenance Technician position is $33 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
