Senior Program Manager – Infotainment & Connectivity PMO

At General Motors, our product teams are redefining mobility. Through a human-centered design process, we create vehicles and experiences that are designed not just to be seen, but to be felt. We’re turning today’s impossible into tomorrow’s standard —from breakthrough hardware and battery systems to intuitive design, intelligent software, and next-generation safety and entertainment features.

Every day, our products move millions of people as we aim to make driving safer, smarter, and more connected, shaping the future of transportation on a global scale.

    The Role:

At GM, we are driving toward an all-electric future with zero crashes, zero emissions, and zero congestion. Our Digital Vehicle Experience (DVE) team plays a pivotal role in this transformation by developing the technologies that will redefine Infotainment, productivity, and the human-vehicle experience.

As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead the operational planning and execution of large-scale, cross-functional software and systems initiatives that bring to life a new vehicle interface system purpose built by GM for our customers. You’ll collaborate across engineering, product, and business operations to ensure hardware and software deliverables are aligned to vehicle launch milestones and organizational goals.

+ Track progress against milestones, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery.

+ Coordination between HW and SW teams for overall execution plan

+ Coordinate the VCU/Infotainment SW development plan across all vehicles for VCU releases

+ Manage the complexities amongst features and vehicle needs

+ Coordinate across hardware and software engineering, product management, and supply chain to support vehicle launch deliverables.

+ Facilitate issue resolution and decision-making forums, driving alignment on critical tradeoffs and execution paths.

+ Act as a trusted partner to leadership, providing insights into program status, resourcing, and schedule dependencies.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

+ 5+ years of project/program management experience in technical complex systems, demonstrating a strong track record of successful project delivery.

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other equivalent experience.

+ Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including Product and Engineering, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.

+ Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and customer-facing product initiatives across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment and high-quality delivery.

+ Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively

+ Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies; deep proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet or similar platforms.
