Our client, a leading organization in the corporate facilities and workspace management industry, is seeking a Coordinator Workplace Planner to join their team. As a Coordinator Workplace Planner, you will be part of the Facilities Management Department supporting the Workplace Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Coordinator Workplace Planner
**Location:** Saint Louis, Missouri
What's the Job?
+ Manage ongoing move coordination, engaging with clients including senior management to determine move planning and special requirements.
+ Coordinate drawings and move orders with vendors, warehouse staff, IT, and maintenance teams for weekly work requests.
+ Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to support new hire onboarding needs.
+ Receive and manage customer move and campus space requests via SAP Work Order system.
+ Maintain accurate seating and space utilization records using ARCHIBUS and AutoCAD, conducting space audits as needed.
What's Needed?
+ Ability to read and interpret construction drawings to review and approve layout plans.
+ Experience coordinating vendors and contractors effectively.
+ Knowledge of strategic facility planning and change management methodologies.
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with architectural building codes is a plus.
+ Ability to stand or walk for extended periods while conducting space assessments with end users.
