    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the extruder operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Production Associate

    **Location:** New Hope, MN

    **Pay Rate** : $20.00/hour

    **Position Type** : 1 Year Contract-to-Hire

    **Shift:** Evenings (Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate and monitor extruder machinery to ensure continuous production uptime.

    + Produce high-quality products efficiently, adhering to customer specifications.

    + Set up and start extruder equipment, checking all controls for safety and proper operation.

    + Assist with ingredient weighing, mixing, and packaging duties as needed.

    + Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

    + Fork Lift Operator’s License is preferred.

    + Manual dexterity and ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 55 pounds regularly.

    + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.

    + Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying conditions.
