Our client, a leading organization in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an integral part of the operations supporting the maintenance and safety of the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician

**Location:** Oxford, OH

**Pay Range:** from $33 to $35 per hour

**Shift:** Day shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

What's the Job?

+ Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across various systems.

+ Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

+ Record readings, make adjustments, and ensure equipment operates at optimal performance levels.

+ Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment following safety protocols.

+ Monitor and oversee maintenance work performed by external contractors, ensuring quality and compliance.

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma or Equivalent.

+ 2-4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.

+ HVAC certification, with EPA 608 Type II Certification required; Universal certification preferred.

+ Ability to analyze and troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

+ Proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
