    Our client, Banking & Financial Services industry is seeking an Enterprise Risk Manager to join their team. As an Enterprise Risk Manager, you will be part of the Risk Management Department supporting senior leadership and compliance teams. The ideal candidate will have analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

    **Location:** Raleigh, North Carolina (Remote available)

    What's the Job?

     

    + Develop, implement, and oversee the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework aligned with regulatory standards and organizational goals.

    + Establish and maintain risk policies and procedures to monitor, manage, and mitigate risks across all business units.

    + Conduct regular risk assessments utilizing data analysis and predictive modeling techniques.

    + Create and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and prepare comprehensive risk reports for senior management and the board.

    + Collaborate with compliance and audit teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

    + Minimum of 5+ years of experience in enterprise risk management within banking or financial services.

    + Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as Basel III and Dodd-Frank Act.

    + Proficiency in data analysis, risk assessment methodologies, and reporting tools.

    + Deep knowledge of risk frameworks and effective control implementation.
