    Our client, a leader in **biotechnology and life sciences manufacturing** , is seeking a **Manufacturing Operator** to join their team. As a **Manufacturing Operator** , you will be part of the **Production Operations Department** supporting **manufacturing and assembly teams** . The ideal candidate will have **attention to detail** , **strong communication skills** , and **reliability** , which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Manufacturing Operator 1

    **Location:** Bellevue, WA

    **Pay Range:** $35/hr + Production Bonus Incentive (up to $3,000 per quarter)

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Operate production and kitting equipment

    + Assemble, fill, clean, inspect, label, and package products

    + Use pumps, fillers, sealers, scales, and other equipment

    + Follow written and verbal procedures for high-quality output

    + Identify and report quality issues and support corrective actions

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + 3–5 years of manufacturing or assembly experience

    + Ability to read and follow operating procedures

    + Ability to lift 35 lbs and stand/bend/reach throughout shift

    + Basic math, English comprehension, and computer entry skills
