    Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 3 to join their team. This role supports high-visibility, internal employee-experience programs for the AI division—covering onboarding, intern engagement, AI Academy initiatives, internal communications, events, and SharePoint content. A strong mix of program execution discipline, analytics, cross-team collaboration, and polished communication is required.

     

    **Job Title:** Program Manager Non Tech 3

    **Location: Hybrid -** Redmond, WA

    **Pay Range:** $57/hr - $62/hr

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Coordinate large-scale employee experience programs and initiatives.

    + Manage operational processes and support event execution and reporting.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program success.

    + Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

    + Present proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders and leadership.

    Top 3 must haves:

    1) Building/managing programs at scale: YOE: 5-7 years

     

    2) Power BI & Advanced Excel (Data Analysis & Visualization) YOE: 5-7years

     

    3) SharePoint Site Design & Content Management: YOE: 5-7 years
