    Staffing Coordinator

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, Onsite, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

    **Compensation:** $26–$28 per hour

    **Weekend Availability:** 1 hour OT on weekends to review upcoming Monday interview schedules as needed

     

    The Staffing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day recruiting operations by ensuring a seamless and efficient interview scheduling process. This role requires a high level of organization, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while engaging professionally with internal stakeholders and candidates.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Coordinate and manage interview scheduling, reschedules, and confirmations for multiple hiring teams.

    + Maintain accurate candidate information and workflow updates in Workday (or similar ATS).

    + Serve as a primary point of contact for candidate communication regarding scheduling and logistics.

    + Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely updates and alignment on priorities.

    + Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, identify process gaps, and recommend solutions.

    + Review and verify interview schedules over the weekend (approx. 1 hour) to ensure Monday readiness.

    + Maintain high levels of data accuracy, documentation, and compliance throughout the hiring process.

    + Provide professional, responsive communication to all levels of leadership and stakeholders.

    + Support additional recruiting coordination tasks as needed.

    Key Qualifications

    + **Workday experience strongly preferred** .

    + Strong sense of urgency with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    + Able to work independently, take ownership of work, seek answers, and problem-solve effectively.

    + High energy and enthusiasm for supporting recruiting operations.

    + Excellent communication skills—clear, timely, and professional.

    + Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities.

    + High attention to detail; must be extremely accurate and mistake-averse.

    + Ability to interact professionally with candidates and all levels of leadership.
