What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.

+ Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.

+ Assist with access control by monitoring entry points and verifying the identity of individuals entering the location.

+ Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and/or law enforcement as required.

+ Document all activities, incidents, and/or irregularities in daily logs or incident reports as directed by Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

+ At least 2 years of security-related experience are required.

+ Supervisory experience is required.

+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Applicants must be able to ride a bike.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
