Description
We're seeking an experienced, impactful Senior IT leader to join our IT Services Leadership team to drive global strategic, transformative service & product initiatives leveraging emerging AL technologies; shaping the future of and delighting how Amazonians receive IT Support for End Use Compute.
Key job responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead development and implementation of IT Service EUC support mechanisms and product strategies, leveraging AI to transform IT Service Delivery; the role requires working closely with IT Support Engineering teams (Virtual and Field), AI and Tooling Technical Product and Engineering Managers, and Program management teams.
• Leadership in the end-to-end service delivery and supporting product development lifecycle, from conception through launch and post-launch optimization
• Develop and maintain service/ product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in transformation and change
• Navigate complex global organizational dynamics
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of future services and products associated for IT Support
• Keep abreast of and access IT Service industry trends, identifying future opportunities for support, product innovation and improvement for IT Support.
• Manage dependencies across teams and drive execution of technical initiatives enhancing IT service delivery effectiveness
• Champion the adoption of emerging technologies for service delivery applications, particularly in AI.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- 10+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
