Our global SaaS client seeks a contract Talent Acquisition Operations and Enablement Specialist. This is a fully remote role.
Our client’s Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations & Enablement team is seeking a highly experienced professional to provide strategic and hands-on support throughout our global ATS transformation project. This role will help the team stay organized, aligned, and focused on execution—while contributing meaningfully to process design, enablement strategy, and project readiness.
The ideal candidate is an operational strategist who can connect dots across people, processes, and technology, bringing structure and clarity to complex work. They have deep experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, are comfortable navigating ambiguity, and can drive execution with minimal direction.
Experience with Workday Recruiting is a must; familiarity with HiredScore or Paradox is a plus.
**Contract Duration:** 12-Months
Required Skills & Experience
+ 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Enablement, or HR Operations.
+ Proven experience supporting or contributing to Workday Recruiting implementations; exposure to HiredScore or Paradox preferred.
+ Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel, including data visualization and storytelling.
+ Strong understanding of process optimization, change enablement, and strategic communication.
+ Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and follow-through.
+ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage shifting priorities.
+ Operates with ownership, adaptability, and a bias for simplicity.
What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Execution
+ Partner closely with TA Enablement and Operations team to drive deliverables that support the Workday, HiredScore, and Paradox implementations.
+ Maintain and manage cross-functional task lists, timelines, and follow-ups to ensure progress on critical priorities.
+ Take ownership of deliverables, anticipate needs, and proactively surface recommendations or risks.
+ Participate in testing activities during the Workday ATS implementation—helping validate workflows, integrations, and end-to-end TA processes.
+ Translate project discussions into clear documentation, next steps, and decision logs.
Process & Enablement Design
+ Create and refine process maps, SOPs, and workflow documentation for current and future-state recruiting operations.
+ Support development of enablement materials, training content, and working sessions to drive adoption and capability.
+ Identify opportunities to simplify or automate manual workflows.
Strategic Support
+ Support the Director and Program Managers on strategic initiatives tied to project readiness, change enablement, and operational excellence.
+ Use data and insights to inform decision-making and influence program direction.
+ Contribute to the design of scalable processes that improve recruiter, coordinator, and hiring manager experiences.
+ Help translate strategic goals into clear, actionable plans and deliverables.
Presentation & Communication
+ Develop and enhance PowerPoint presentations for stakeholder and executive meetings.
+ Create clear, concise materials that summarize complex updates or recommendations.
+ Draft communications and summaries that maintain alignment across multiple workstreams.
