About the Role:
Adecco Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and organized professionals, as a Clerical & Administrative Support Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide general clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
+ Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
+ Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
+ Assist with scheduling, data entry, and report preparation
+ Support internal teams and customers with timely and courteous service
Qualifications:
+ Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles
+ Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
+ Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

**Pay Details:** $15.00 to $18.00 per hour
