    Customer Service Representative (CSR)

    **Location:** Beaverton, OR

    Overview:

    We are seeking dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service experiences. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll handle inquiries, support service processes, and help retain and grow our customer base. Your relationship-building skills and ability to advocate for customer needs will directly support both customer satisfaction and business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Serve as the primary contact for internal and external customers via phone, live chat, and email.

    + Respond professionally to inquiries regarding calibration and repair services.

    + Actively listen to customer needs to provide tailored solutions.

    + Collaborate with Sales and Service Operations teams to support revenue goals and customer requirements.

    + Prepare service quotes/RMAs and identify opportunities to upsell products and services.

    + Ensure customer equipment is properly managed throughout service operations.

    + Advocate for customer needs while ensuring compliance with company procedures.

    + Research and troubleshoot issues to resolve customer inquiries promptly.

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    + Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

    + Self-motivated with excellent organization and time-management skills.

    + Ability to learn and adhere to established processes and procedures.

    + Strong research and troubleshooting abilities.

    Preferred Skills:

    + Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.

    + Familiarity with calibration or repair services is a plus.

    + Proficiency with CRM software and related tools.

    **Pay Details:** $26.00 per hour
