General Laborer / Yard Forklift Operator

About the Role

What You’ll Do

+ Safely operate forklifts and heavy equipment to move and load materials.

+ Receive, store, and prepare raw materials for production.

+ Perform routine maintenance and keep the yard clean and organized.

+ Conduct quality checks and complete necessary documentation.

+ Assist with plant operations and ensure a safe, efficient work environment.

What We’re Looking For

+ **Experience:** General labor and forklift operation.

+ **Skills:** Knowledge of material handling, inventory, and production processes.

+ **Physical Ability:** Comfortable lifting up to 100 lbs., working outdoors, and staying active throughout the day.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlottesville, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
