CGI Federal is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator / Business Analyst to support enterprise ServiceNow initiatives with a focus on training delivery, stakeholder communication, and project planning. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and has a passion for driving user adoption and operational readiness.
Candidate must be willing to work on-site in Woodlawn, MD 3-5 days a week
Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Coordinate and support the development and delivery of training programs for ServiceNow users, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and managing feedback.
. Assist in the creation and execution of communication plans to support change management and stakeholder engagement.
. Develop and maintain project documentation such as timelines, status reports, risk logs, and meeting notes.
. Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and change management leads to align training and communication efforts with project goals.
. Track progress against project milestones and escalate risks or delays as needed.
. Support the creation of user-friendly materials such as quick reference guides, FAQs, and onboarding content.
. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions as needed.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. Candidates must have ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
. Bachelor's degree in business, communications, information systems, or a related field.
. 6 years of experience in project coordination, training support, or communications within an IT or enterprise systems environment.
. Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms.
. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
. Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or ServiceNow PPM).
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
. Experience supporting ServiceNow implementations or enhancements.
. Knowledge of ITIL or Agile methodologies.
. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or related certification.
. Experience in federal or public sector environments.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 - $156,700.00.
