    Job Title: Assembly Technician

     

    Pay: $17–$18 per hour

     

    About the Role

     

    We are looking for dedicated **Assembly Technicians** to join our team. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our production process, assembling hydraulic pumps that power equipment used in the field. You’ll work with precision tools, follow detailed specifications, and ensure every product meets our high standards of quality.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble hydraulic pumps using hand and power tools

    + Follow blueprints and specifications to ensure accuracy

    + Assist with assembling different pump models as needed

    + Operate presses to complete assembly

    + Test finished products to ensure performance and reliability

    Essential Skills

    + Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability

    + Proficiency with hand tools and power tools

    + Ability to read and understand blueprints

    + Previous industrial or assembly experience

    + Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

    + Self-motivation and willingness to learn

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Manufacturing or assembly line experience

    + Ability to cross-train across departments

    + Familiarity with tape measures and precision tools

    Schedule

    + 1st Shift: 6 AM – 4 PM (Monday–Thursday)

    + 2nd Shift: 8 PM – 6 AM (Monday–Thursday)

    + Occasional Friday work if needed

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shawnee, OK.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.50/hr.
