Description We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fairfield, New Jersey. This Contract to permanent position requires a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who excels in assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and handling transactions with precision and care. As a vital member of the team, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining accurate records and managing operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing detailed information about products, services, and policies.

• Process purchases, exchanges, and returns efficiently while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

• Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions and maintaining a detail-oriented and empathetic approach.

• Accurately handle sales transactions, including database updates and payment processing.

• Maintain organized and detailed records to support business operations and customer needs.

• Answer inbound calls and address customer concerns with clarity and professionalism.

• Make outbound calls when necessary to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve pending issues.

• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and procedures in all interactions.

• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within a call center environment.

• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a customer-focused approach.

• Strong skills in order entry and database management.

• Ability to process transactions accurately, including payments and sales records.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
