Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a Hybrid contract basis in Edmonds, Washington. This role will focus on managing the recruitment process for a high-growth department, supporting approximately 40 open positions across the country. As a key contributor to the HR team, you will help source, screen, and select top talent to meet organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR and department leaders to identify hiring needs and define candidate profiles.

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer support.

• Utilize multiple channels, such as job boards, social media, and referrals, to actively source candidates with relevant experience.

• Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and update recruitment metrics.

• Develop and refine job postings to attract a diverse pool of applicants.

• Provide regular updates to HR leadership on hiring progress and timelines.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.

• Prepare offer letters and job descriptions for selected candidates.

• Coordinate pre-employment processes such as drug testing, background checks, and onboarding.

• Support high-volume hiring initiatives while maintaining a focus on quality candidates.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, either in a corporate or agency setting.

• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment projects.

• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job boards.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and teams.

• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple roles simultaneously.

• Self-motivated and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Understanding of state and federal employment laws related to hiring.
