Job Description:
The Director, Strategic Enterprise Execution, plays a critical leadership role within the enterprise operations organization, accountable for the end-to-end execution of global programs and analytics strategy. This role leads the centralized Enterprise Delivery Office (EDO) and Portfolio Analysis function, driving cross-functional initiatives, operational efficiencies, and performance visibility across business units.
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of strategic execution, data leadership, and stakeholder partnership, ensuring that enterprise-wide initiatives deliver measurable value while aligning with global priorities and governance.
What You'll Be Doing:
Global Program & Analytics Delivery
+ Lead the execution of global programs focused on cost savings, digital transformation, and continuous process improvement.
+ Own accountability for enterprise-wide project delivery, including planning, execution, and ROI reporting, aligned to global strategic initiatives.
+ Manage spend analytics, benchmarking, and performance dashboarding to support data-driven business strategies.
+ Develop and apply predictive analytics models to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and drive performance optimization.
+ Deliver on key metrics such as cost reduction, ROI, business alignment, and operational excellence.
+ Partner with the Enterprise Delivery Office (EDO) to ensure standardized project governance, resource alignment, and delivery excellence across global programs and strategic initiatives.
Cross-Functional & Global Alignment
+ Partner with regional and functional project leads to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to standardized project management methodologies.
+ Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to ensure analytics platforms and tools are leveraged effectively across the enterprise.
+ Align with executive leadership on prioritization of programs and ensure transparency through consistent reporting and strategic insights.
+ Contribute to the evolution of global PMO and analytics practices by piloting new tools, sharing best practices, and ensuring adoption of global frameworks.
Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership
+ Build strong relationships with global and regional business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into actionable program and analytics roadmaps.
+ Provide thought leadership and guidance to senior stakeholders on enterprise transformation, data utilization, and performance management.
+ Support change management initiatives across the organization to drive adoption of project and analytics capabilities.
+ Champion key global priorities such as digital transformation, sustainability, and operational resilience.
Team Leadership & Performance
+ Lead and develop a high-performing global team of project managers, data analysts, and business intelligence professionals.
+ Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the Enterprise Delivery Office (EDO) and Portfolio Analysis teams.
+ Ensure team members are aligned with global standards and integrated with regional delivery functions and enterprise strategy.
+ Monitor and manage team performance against KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
What We Are Looking For:
Required:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Project Management, or a related field.
+ 10+ years of experience in project management, analytics, or transformation roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
+ Strong understanding of program governance, data visualization, benchmarking, and predictive modeling techniques.
+ Demonstrated success in managing global or enterprise-level initiatives in complex, matrixed environments.
+ Expertise with analytics and project management tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
Preferred:
+ MBA or Master’s degree in a related field.
+ Professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or CBIP.
+ Experience in enterprise operations, digital transformation, or cost optimization programs in global organizations.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: 3 days in office/2days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$157,500.00 - $254,375.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
