What Will I be Doing:

Answers room service telephone and takes guests' orders accurately in a helpful, friendly, courteous, and professional manner to ensure total guest satisfaction\.

Upsells sides, desserts, and beverages to enhance profitability\.

Enters orders into computerized system and settles checks upon delivery of the order\.
