Job Summary:

As we continue to grow, Upstate Ear, Nose & Throat is excited to welcome highly motivated Advanced Practice Providers including newly graduated Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our dynamic outpatient team at the Upstate Specialty Services at the Harrison Center.
This clinic-based ENT position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside an experienced surgical and clinical team, participate in a high volume of in-office procedures, and build expertise in a supportive environment that values mentorship and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide comprehensive outpatient ENT care, including performing and assisting with a variety of office-based procedures.
+ Educate and communicate effectively with patients, families, referring providers, and the care team.
+ Assess, diagnose, and manage patients while performing minor and diagnostic procedures, ordering/interpreting tests, and coordinating specialty services.
+ Build strong, trusting relationships with patients, families, and the ENT care team to support continuity and excellence in care.
+ Serve as a key member of a collaborative healthcare team, demonstrating professionalism, communication, and a commitment to Upstate’s values and mission.
As an APP, you will be an integral member of the healthcare team, demonstrating professionalism, leadership, and a commitment to Upstate’s mission, vision, and values, while adhering to all institutional policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Master’s Degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (or graduated from an accredited PA program).
+ NYS Licensed/Registered NP or PA.
+ Current National Certification consistent to the clinical practice.
+ Have a NPI number and be Medicare enrolled with a Medicare Identification Number (or PTAN) (or eligible for Medicare Enrollment within 6 months of hire.
+ CPR-BLS Certification required at the time of appointment.
+ Must successfully pass pre-employment and credentialing clearances.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of experience in Primary Care or Internal Medicine (preferred, not required).
+ Experience in ENT (preferred).
New NP/PA graduates with strong clinical interest in ENT are encouraged to apply!
Work Days:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
No Weekends. No Call.
