Position Summary:
Program Managers lead multiple projects and the people running them—they can deliver a program, or a portfolio of projects. They may also lead large, strategically-critical projects or portfolio management processes to ensure strategic goals are met/communicated appropriately.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
+ Manage programs or large complex projects across all phases, responsible for development, execution and control of scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, resourcing, stakeholder engagement and communication
+ Lead the cross-functional process to identify, select, and monitor portfolio of projects ensuring decisions are made in a timely, proactive and fiscally responsible fashion
+ Define and develop a portfolio framework and forum to maintain executive level visibility.
+ Continually assess and report on progress of the project portfolio
+ Define, monitor and report out portfolio metrics and KPIs that maximize value to the business and support decision making to reduce complexity and business risk.
+ Responsible for evaluating a range of programs and projects and other work within the portfolio with the goal of facilitating staffing, resolving resource allocation conflicts, and monitor staff utilization on the activities that will generate the highest business value aligned with the prioritization process.
+ Build and sustain effective stakeholder relationships at all levels, particularly with business partners. Develop stakeholder strategies for effective management across broad-range of expectations and requirements.
+ Implement effective communications management strategies to senior management with specific emphasis on business objectives delivery, efficient resource deployment, effective risk and issue management.
+ Support the management of divisional/department strategic planning activities to meet divisional/department goals.
+ Builds mutual trust and drives collaboration across teams. Regularly coaches team members and peers to elevate team performance
+ Responsible for ensuring/coaching others in effective meeting management and group facilitation activities.

+ Forges strong relationships with outside colleagues and incorporates insight on common delivery and execution challenges from network to drive projects and improve team performance
+ Actively seeks to develop awareness of project objectives and how they relate to broader organizational goals and prioritizes project tasks based on impact to these goals.
+ Considers the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one for project or program, applying a structured approach to problem solving without deferring to others
Minimum Qualifications:
+ BS or equivalent (MBA and/or MS preferred)
+ 8+ years of work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
+ PMP or PgMP or equivalent
+ CSM
$ 120,600.00 - $198,700.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
