Cook Department Highlights:

Here's What You Need
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* 1 Year relevant experience in high volume restaurant, hospital, or Institution
* FHC - Food Handlers Certificate 30 days required
* Knowledge of food preparation/handling, and principles of sanitation Restaurant or institutional food services experience preferred
What You Will Do
* Organizes work/area for maximum production, accurately follows production sheets
* Deliver and Stock supply items in designated areas in an accurate and timely manner
* Maintains kitchen and serving areas in a clean, neat and orderly manner to exceed department and TDH standards.
* Understands how to read and prepare simple recipes to department standards.
* Understand department standards of food quality and recipe taste
* Ability to learn HACCP sanitation guidelines and follow for safe food handling.
