    LOB Job Description:

    Treasury Technical Engagement Team. This position supports Treasury Sales Officers, Implementation Advisors and Treasury Services Specialists with the on-boarding of new Large Corporate and Commercial clients implementing complex Treasury Services products within US and Canada. The individual must obtain a broad and in-depth knowledge of the various functions to adequately consult with clients, explain the options available to them and gather their requirements for implementing those services. This position will be the primary contact for all technical aspects associated with the implementation of selected services and therefore must be the client advocate with product teams. The value this individual brings to the team and to the organization is the ability to build trust and confidence with clients and ensure the bank effectively delivers an excellent client experience during these technically complex implementations.

     

    This Treasury Technical Consultant position supports Treasury Sales Officers, Implementation Advisors and Treasury Services Specialists with the on-boarding of new Large Corporate and Commercial clients implementing complex Treasury Services products within US and Canada. The individual must have a broad and in-depth knowledge of the various payments, receipts and reporting services as well as data transmission protocols in order to adequately consult with clients, explain the options available to them and gather their requirements for implementing those services.

    LOB Responsibilities

    + Acts as liaison between the client, vendor, and business partners.

    + Works closely with clients and business partners to gather and document requirements.

    + Applies business analysis and project management functions.

    + Provides technical knowledge to support end to end design requirements.

    + Utilizes a project plan throughout the implementation.

    + Facilitates weekly meetings, provides minutes, tracks follow up items, and next steps.

    + Builds UAT Sandbox and coordinates testing between client and vendor.

    + Works collaboratively with other departments impacting projects.

    + Manages each project from User Acceptance Testing through to Move to Production.

    + Identifies and escalates risks and issues if necessary.

    + Engages in demos and technical support to internal teams and clients.

    + Works under minimal supervision on high complexity client requests.

    LOB Required Qualifications & Skills:

    + 2+ years’ experience managing third-party vendor throughout the project lifecycle including onboarding, integration and performance monitoring.

    + 1+ year experience in end-to-end project management from project initiation through closure.

    + Experience in facilitating joint meetings with vendors and clients to track status, troubleshoot issues and ensure accountability.

    + Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and time management skills.

    + Ability to manage competing demands.

    + Proficient in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and weekly status updates to external and internal stakeholders.

    + Ability to manage documentation version control and change tracking accuracy.

    + The ability to read, understand and explain a file specification and requirement documents.

    + Experienced Business Analyst with strong organizational skills and desk routines.

    + Attention to detail.

    + Ability to work on complex technical client implementations.

    + Solid writing skills with experience in creating required project documentation- Project Plan and BRD.

    + Comfortable providing client demos and navigating multiple projects simultaneously.

    + Able to work across multiple lines of business and with diverse teams.

    + Highly motivated, team player, able to work efficiently on project deadlines in high pace environment.

    LOB Desired Qualifications & Skills:

    + 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in a client-facing or technology driven environment.

    + Web Implementation experience - Single Sign On, API, IVR, CSV, Fixed Width files, and User Acceptance testing.

    + Client implementation experience with Treasury Products is highly desired (ACH and Merchant Services).

    + Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Excel.

    + Prior experience working on projects within financial services, banking or fintech environment.

    + Experience or Exposure to QA during testing and deployment of project.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
