Work you'll do/Responsibilities

+ Complete Epic support for the client to include incident support, service requests, optimizations, projects, SU and Upgrades, and maintenance work.

+ Epic support role for the OpTime and Anesthesia applications, to include on-call support on a weekly rotating basis.

Qualifications

Required

+ Certified in Epic OpTime

+ Experienced or certified in Epic Anesthesia

+ Strong experience in Epic support, optimizations, and project work

+ Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

+ Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

+ Knowledgeable and experienced in other Epic modules, such as Radiant.

+ Microsoft Office and Google Suites experience

+ Experienced in ServiceNow

+ Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities

+ Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products

+ Can operate independently or with minimum supervision

+ Excellent Written and Communication Skills

+ Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
