Job Title: Document Custodian Vault Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking an Entry-Level Document Custodian Vault Analyst to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and maintain customer documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Filing and scanning newly created customer folders.

+ Organizing and placing folders on designated shelving.

+ Ensuring compliance with document handling and security protocols.

+ Supporting vault operations and assisting with audits as needed.

Required Qualifications:

+ Education/Experience relevant to Document Custodian Vault Analyst role.

+ Ability to work with attention to detail and maintain confidentiality.

+ Background check completed (mandatory).

+ No conflicts of interest or personal relationships with individuals at M&T.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Prior experience in document management or vault operations.

+ Familiarity with scanning systems and filing procedures.

Additional Skills:

+ Strong organizational skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Basic computer proficiency.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Buffalo, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
