    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex security integration projects for mission-critical environments. This role involves managing every aspect of large-scale projects—from planning to execution—while ensuring compliance with strict security and operational standards.

     

    As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to deliver cutting-edge physical security solutions, including advanced Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) and high-resolution Video Management Systems (VMS). You’ll oversee installations, integrations, and maintenance across highly regulated environments where precision and zero downtime are essential.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

     

    Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and communication plans.

     

    Oversee procurement, commissioning, and risk mitigation strategies.

     

    Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business.

     

    Manage subcontractor selection and performance.

     

    Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry best practices (e.g., BICSI cable management).

     

    Provide accurate financial reporting and maintain profitability targets.

    Required Qualifications

    3+ years of experience in project management, security integration, or related technical roles.

     

    Valid driver’s license.

     

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

     

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

     

    Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.

     

    PMP certification (preferred but not required).

     

    Professional Engineering designation (preferred but not required).

     

    Physical & Work Conditions

     

    Ability to communicate clearly in English.

     

    Occasional lifting and manual dexterity for office and site tasks.

     

    Work involves both office and construction site environments.

     

    Driving to client sites required; limited overnight travel possible.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $48.00/hr.
