    Job Description

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our global trade operations. This role will focus on analyzing import/export data, tariffs, and trade compliance metrics across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and the ability to integrate data from various ERP systems to produce actionable insights and comprehensive reports.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Access, extract, and consolidate data from multiple ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) also several other Supply Chains systems from Freight Forwards and brokers, to support trade-related reporting.

    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to monitor import/export activity, tariff impacts, and compliance metrics.

    • Analyze SKU-level data including HTS codes, country of origin, duty rates, and all different tariffs.

    • Collaborate with sourcing, finance, and compliance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of trade costs.

    • Identify data gaps and inconsistencies and implement solutions to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.

    • Assist in forecasting and scenario modeling related to tariff changes and trade policy impacts.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in data analysis, preferably in supply chain environment.

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query) and Power BI.

    • Experience working with multiple ERP systems and integrating data across platforms

    Pay Range:

    $63,000.00 - $83,700.00

     

    The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
