THE POSITION
As a **Sr. Customer Marketing Manager (Security)** here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to support the Security vertical. This position is crucial for driving brand awareness and customer engagement through innovative marketing initiatives.
You will report directly to our **Marketing Director** and you’ll work out one of our **BA Strategic Locations** on a **hybrid** work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall marketing strategy and execution for the Security vertical, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs. Your expertise will help in crafting compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the Security vertical's goals and objectives.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and lead generation.
+ Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategic marketing initiatives.
+ Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data to drive marketing decisions.
+ Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and marketing automation software.
+ Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
+ Experience in the security industry or related technology sectors.
+ Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

The annual base salary range for this position in **Connecticut** and **Minnesota** is $142,000 – $178,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
