Job Summary: SUNY RF is seeking an experienced program coordinator for the state's largest AmeriCorps program, the Empire State Service Corps, is a part-time 300-hour program for over 500 members across 45 SUNY schools. The Program coordinator will be responsible for supporting program operations, including supporting the program director, and responsible for the back-end support of the program (records management, program outcome tracking, compliance data)
Job Duties:
+ Support the implementation of nearly $3 million federal AmeriCorps grant to 40+ subgrantees
+ Support federal reporting requirements and deliverables
+ Manage compliance and reporting
+ Review professional development and training plan for over 500 Corps members
+ Support the planning and organization of an annual in-person summit for all corps members
Job Requirements:
Required Education/ Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, 1 year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted
Preferred Education/ Qualifications:
+ Excellent attention to detail
+ Growth mindset and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
+ Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple competing priorities
+ Strong time management and long-term planning skills
+ Excellent communication skills including working with multiple campus contacts, external partners, and other stakeholders
+ Comfortable with grant reporting requirements and ability to keep required documentation especially AmeriCorps or federal grant reporting
+ Experience with compliance activities and internal controls management
Salary Range: 65K-75K
Office/Location: Albany, NY
