About the Role
At Tektronix, we empower engineers to create the future. As a Regional Channel Manager, you’ll play a critical role in enabling our channel partners to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. This role blends strategic channel development with hands-on technical engagement, driving growth across our rental, refurbished, and direct product lines.
You’ll work closely with partners, customers, and internal teams to accelerate regional performance, deliver targeted enablement, and bring technical credibility to every interaction. What You’ll Do
+ **Drive Regional Growth:** Own channel performance across your territory, identifying whitespace opportunities and deploying targeted enablement strategies.
+ **Partner Engagement:** Conduct joint customer visits with channel partners and direct sales teams, delivering product demos, training sessions, and technical support.
+ **Technical Advocacy:** Serve as a trusted advisor on Tektronix and Keithley instrumentation, helping partners position solutions and troubleshoot applications.
+ **Operational Excellence:** Collaborate with internal teams to streamline deal registration, rebate tracking, and CRM hygiene. Leverage AI tools to surface insights and automate reporting.
+ **Strategic Execution:** Pilot new go-to-market motions—rental-first, refurbished bundles, vertical-specific campaigns—and scale successful experiments across the region.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with Channel Marketing, Applications Engineering, and Sales Operations to align execution with strategic goals.
What You Bring
+ 7–12 years of experience in channel sales, technical sales, or GTM strategy roles
+ Proven success in partner-facing roles with measurable revenue impact
+ Strong technical acumen in instrumentation, test & measurement, or adjacent verticals
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage engineers and executives alike
+ Experience with CRM systems, partner portals, and sales enablement platforms
+ A bias for action, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset
Bonus Points
+ Experience in rental or refurbished GTM models
+ Familiarity with AI tools for sales operations and partner analytics
+ Background in mil/gov, industrial automation, or semiconductor verticals
