    Job Description

    An AI client of Insight Global is looking to hire a Front End Engineer to work remotely for their team. We are seeking an experienced Front-End Engineer to join their dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of modern web development principles, tools, and best practices, along with deep expertise in JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks, particularly Next.js and React.

    Key Responsibilities:

    -Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces with React and Next.js.

     

    -Collaborate on design, coding, testing, and deployment.

     

    -Optimize for speed and accessibility.

     

    -Write unit and integration tests.

     

    -Improve team processes and best practices.

     

    This is a full time, direct hire role, and the base salary range is anywhere between $100,000-$120,000. Candidates will be working fully remote.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills.

     

    Expertise in React (hooks, context API) and Next.js (SSR/SSG).

     

    Modern CSS (Tailwind, Styled Components).

     

    Responsive design and accessibility knowledge.

     

    Familiarity with state management (Redux, Zustand).

     

    Experience with testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library).

     

    Git and CI/CD workflows. SEO and PWA experience.

     

    Knowledge of web security best practices.

     

    Familiarity with analytics tools and headless CMS.

     

    Internationalization (i18n) experience.
