Overview
The Data Mapping & QA Analyst supports the conversion of HR data from Taleo to Workday, ensuring alignment between legacy data structures and target HCM requirements. The role bridges functional and technical teams by delivering accurate data mapping documentation, performing QA validation, and supporting iterative testing cycles.

Skills and Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior developers in mapping Taleo and Oracle data fields to Workday target schemas.
Develop and maintain data mapping documentation, including business rules, transformation logic, and validation scripts.
Execute QA checks and reconciliation scripts to validate extracted and loaded data.
Run and analyze OBI reports and TCC extracts for pre-load validation.
Perform end-to-end testing across ETL, Workday EIB, and RaaS layers.
Identify and document defects, collaborating with technical leads to resolve discrepancies.
Support migration cutover activities and post-load verification efforts.
Required Skills
3–5 years of experience in HR data analytics or HRIS QA.
Familiarity with Taleo Connect Client, Workday EIB, and Excel-based data reconciliation.
Working knowledge of SQL, XML, and OBI/BI Publisher reports.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and audit readiness.
Excellent communication skills for cross-team coordination.
