Job Description
our client's Business Applications team IT Product Manager would be responsible for managing all aspects of the business applications project intake, execution, delivery, and transition to operational support. This would include working with the business stakeholders to determine application project viability and business benefit, including scope definition, and development estimation, for applications projects for the Brands are required. As an IT Product Manager, you will be required to be on call and available afterhours on weeknights and weekends in the event urgent issues arises until the matter is confirmed resolved, to include a recap of the incident and any identified process improvements to avoid future incidents.

Skills and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years as a Product Owner or Analyst in Business Applications with enterprise-level experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and project management principles.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools for metrics and reporting.
• Ability to document technical processes (data flows, diagrams, deployment documentation).
• Excellent communication skills—articulate, accent-neutral, effective with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, anticipate bottlenecks, and work independently.
• Familiarity with cruise or hospitality industry.
• Flexible and humble team player. • Experience with HR applications or systems.
• Advanced certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
• Vendor management and contract negotiation experience.
• Knowledge of HESS standards and compliance.
