Job Summary
The Sustainment and Logistics Coordinator provides lifecycle logistics, procurement, and sustainment support for hardware, software, and material assets supporting PMW 790’s STACC systems. This position manages inventory control, configuration tracking, shipping/receiving, and obsolescence management to ensure fielded systems remain mission-ready and compliant with Navy standards. The specialist collaborates closely with engineering, procurement, and installation teams to maintain accurate accountability and ensure timely material availability to meet operational requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
Required knowledge and years of experience
Four years experience required.
• Experience with Navy supply systems and CDMD-OA
• Knowledge of DoD procurement regulations and asset tracking.
• 4+ years of DoD logistics/procurement experience.
• Experience supporting PEO C4I or NAVWAR logistics, procurement, or material-sustainment activities preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team; ready for occasional travel or onsite support as required.
• Proven problem-solving abilities with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills: able to explain technical issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education Requirements
•Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Clearance Requirement
Secret (eligible for TS/SCI)
