Schedules patients with appropriate members of the interdisciplinary team for necessary services to fulfill the plan of care during office and non-office hours. Performs a variety of clerical & data entry duties to coordinate, organize and process patient-related and other information for the interdisciplinary team. HS Diploma, basic computer proficiency, excellent communication skills required.
