    Job Overview

     

    Implement current administrative procedures to serve internal and external customer base. Work with team to establish areas of improvement and contribute to team efforts towards goals. Maintain integrity of HR/Benefits programs and processes.

    Responsibilities:

    + Work closely with HR Manager in a team approach to reaching company goalsUnderstand and be able to clearly explain various employee benefits programs, such as group health, dental, vision, and life insuranceResponsible for benefit cost summaries, ROI reports, and benefit comparisonsIn collaboration with HR Manager, oversee benefits communications, including meetings, and presentation creationOversee benefits changes to ensure they are entered appropriately in various systems and work with vendors to resolve issuesBe knowledgeable in qualifying events, eligibility, open enrollment protocol for all benefitsAssist HR Manager in obtaining data, statistics and other information relating to benefits, including Annual Reports (HIRD, 1099 HC, 1095C)Proficient with iSolved HRIS software for benefits tracking, reporting, and onboardingAbility to maintain clear and accurate documentation/recordsFlexible to adjust to changing priorities on short notice and multi-taskPromote Professionalism and Pride within the work force at all timeAny other job duties may be delegated by supervisor

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree preferred, or current SHRM certification5+ years of benefit related experience preferredOutstanding communications skillsExceptional customer service skillsWell organized with excellent time management skillsSkilled at working with confidential informationProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookExperienced with working with an automated HRIS system, preferably iSolvedModerately flexible with schedule to include occasional travel
