Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Key Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
+ Maintain a safe, compliant work environment by adhering to all Walmart policies and procedures.
+ Demonstrate advanced understanding of production techniques and processes in assigned areas.
+ Ensure products meet quality standards and are produced according to company guidelines.
+ Apply strong knowledge of food safety practices to uphold company standards.
+ Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and ordering materials as needed.
+ Accurately follow recipes and preparation instructions to maintain product quality.
+ Manage time efficiently to complete tasks, prepare customer orders, and keep work areas clean and organized.
+ Lead by example, providing guidance and support to associates as needed.
+ Maintain accurate records and reports, including production, inventory, and employee performance.
+ Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, using the Open Door Policy and implementing action plans as needed.
+ Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, and business partners, identifying priorities, and adapting to change and feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $24.30 - $26.30* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...
