This is a pivotal time for Lincoln, and we are seeking a Strategy Lead to play a central role in the implementation and sustainment of our new brand strategy. This position is vital for cultivating strategic partnerships and providing the essential operational leadership that will cascade our vision across all internal and external touchpoints. The Strategy Lead will be a critical contributor to the Lincoln Brand Strategy and Transformation team, serving as the operational backbone for strategic initiatives and playing a key role in developing and executing brand partnerships. This position is central to supporting the evolution of the Lincoln brand, tracking brand health, ensuring seamless project execution, meticulous budget management, and effective cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual passionate about luxury brand development, strategic alliances, and operational excellence.
What you'll do...
Strategic Partnership Management:
+ Support global brand partnership strategy, identifying aligned partners and assisting in proposal development.
+ Provide operational support for partnership execution and management, tracking performance and reporting impact on brand health.
Operational Backbone & Project Management:
+ Provide primary operational and project management for brand strategy initiatives, including managing plans, timelines, risks, and budgets.
+ Facilitate bi-weekly Brand Council Meetings, documenting decisions and tracking action items.
+ Prepare comprehensive reports on project status and outcomes for leadership review.
Lincoln Brand Strategy Implementation & Sustainment:
+ Assist in the evolution, implementation, and sustainment of the Lincoln Brand Strategy.
+ Provide operational support for foundational customer experiences and ensure holistic adoption of the brand strategy across functions.
+ Assist in preparing materials for securing funding and buy-in for strategic initiatives.
Brand Health & Global Alignment:
+ Contribute to developing and implementing frameworks for evaluating brand health, tracking metrics, and executing modernization strategies.
+ Improve premium brand consideration in key markets (e.g., North America, China) through data analysis.
+ Ensure global brand alignment with future user experiences and disseminate brand playbooks for consistency.
Digital Ecosystem & Naming Support:
+ Support initiatives connecting customers to Lincoln's digital ecosystem for engagement and loyalty.
+ Collaborate on digital experiences to align technology solutions with brand tone and aesthetics.
+ Assist product teams with naming architecture for services and products.
You'll have...
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
+ 2-4 years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, business development, project management, or a similar role, with demonstrated experience in operational support and/or partnership management.
+ Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
+ Strong analytical abilities, capable of interpreting data and market insights to inform strategy.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
+ A proactive, collaborative, and resourceful approach to teamwork and problem-solving.
