    What You'll Do

     

    + Deliver comprehensive primary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.

    + Collaborate with care teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

    + Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system.

    + Support health education, wellness initiatives, and quality improvement efforts.

     

    What We're Looking For

     

    + Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

    + Eligible for or active South Carolina Medical License

    + Passion for high-quality, patient-centered care
