Test Strategy Development: Define testing requirements aligned with product specifications and performance criteria.

Test System Development: Lead end-to-end development of high-speed cable test systems and fixtures—from architectural design to manufacturing deployment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface with product design, systems, and manufacturing teams to align validation plans and resolve issues.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze lab and field data to identify issues, drive root-cause investigations, and recommend improvements.
