    **Salary Range** : $71,900 - $107,900 Annual

    Job Details

    The stated pay range is based on a national-average location. Actual salary is determined by factors including relevant work experience, skills and location. This position is bonus eligible.

     

    The Account Representative – Medicare Advantage is responsible for working with all internal and external team members (Medicare Advantage and other insurance carriers) in contributing to building strong relationships while ensuring implementations and communications meet scope objectives. Understands all tasks on any product release project considering both internal and external associates best positioned to complete them. Works with senior account representatives and department management to understand effective decision making. Acts as the point of contact for many internal, external, and field associates.

    As an Account Representative Medicare Advantage, your responsibilities will include:

    + Conduct Meetings: Organize and execute Core Group meetings to gather insights on product launch tasks and strategies for effective field delivery.

    + Facilitate Coordination: Oversee coordination meetings, including creating meeting notes, agendas, and arranging follow-up activities.

    + Plan Rollouts: Collaborate within a Core Group setting with senior associates and managers to plan rollout sessions, coordinating with internal and external teams, and managing resources to achieve sales objectives.

    + Manage Vendor Relations: Assist senior associates and department management in maintaining relationships with third-party vendors.

    + Deliver Training: Provide training sessions, including WebEx trainings, as directed by departmental management, and determined by internal teams and third-party carriers.

    + Ensure Compliance: Track CMS compliance activities and carrier operations to confirm adherence to regulations.

    + Enhance Sales Knowledge: Monitor sales performance to identify branch offices requiring targeted product training or reinforcement of product and sales knowledge.

    + Analyze Data: Examine third-party and internal data to derive actionable insights.

    + Manage Time: Organize and prioritize tasks to balance multiple responsibilities efficiently.

    + Motivate and Negotiate: Inspire team members and negotiate terms while maintaining attention to detail.

    + Utilize Microsoft Suite: Apply proficiency in Microsoft Suite products to support operational and administrative tasks.

    What you’ll need:

    + Bachelor's Degree or 8 years’ equivalent work experience in Business or Finance

    + 3 years of experience in the account management

    + Insurance Industry Certification desired and will be required.

    What will set you apart:

    + Master’s degree in business related field of Business or Finance

    + 3+ years of Medicare Advantage operations
