Reports to: Director of Programs
Schedule: Mon-Fri

Position Summary
The Programs Generalist supports the growth and impact of CCPC programs and events by helping the Programs Team develop resources, cultivate partnerships, and collaborate across departments. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be passionate about community outreach, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be dedicated to advancing CCPC’s mission.
Responsibilities
Program & Resource Support
+ Assist with fundraising and resource development for CCPC programs.
+ Help plan Goshute Outreach trips and lead similar outreach efforts as needed.
+ Coordinate with the Special Events team on event planning and fundraising.
+ Plan and execute staff events in collaboration with HR and program leadership.
Grants, Funding & Partnerships
+ Research, draft, and submit grant applications with the Marketing & Grants team.
+ Track grant deadlines, reporting, and requirements.
+ Help maintain current funding and identify new opportunities.
+ Prepare monthly impact reports for leadership.
+ Build relationships with local donors and community partners to support programs and events.
+ Help secure sponsorships and partnerships for program initiatives and events.
Collaboration & Relationship Building
+ Support the Director of Programs and program team on assigned projects.
+ Coordinate cross-department initiatives such as annual dinners, staff activities, and special projects.
+ Collaborate with teams across CCPC to support programs, outreach, and events.
Compliance & Operations
+ Follow CCPC financial integrity procedures for transactions, donations, and cash handling.
+ Represent CCPC professionally and uphold organizational values.
+ Complete additional duties as assigned.
Expectations
+ Uphold CCPC’s mission and values in all interactions.
+ Communicate clearly and respond promptly to team and leadership.
+ Manage grant timelines and submissions proactively.
+ Bring creativity and initiative to strengthen outreach and program impact.
+ Complete tasks on time and maintain high-quality standards.
+ Adapt to changing priorities with flexibility.
+ Maintain confidentiality and use approved productivity tools.
+ Be available for occasional evenings and weekends.
+ Lift 20–30 lbs. as needed.
Qualifications
+ Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
+ Experience planning or supporting events, ideally in a nonprofit setting.
+ Creative problem-solving abilities.
+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
+ Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
