Job Summary and Qualifications

Providesguidance to hospitals and other healthcareentitiesregardingestablishedHCAcorporate-wide complianceprogram,policiesand procedures to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and other governmental requirements.

Responsible for effective implementationand leadershipof thehospital’sEthics and Compliance Program (E&C Program). Overseesandleadsall responsibilities for ethics and complianceas described below. Providesadvice tofacility’sexecutive leadership, directors, and staffon ethics and compliance concerns. Assistswith interpreting and applying theCode of Conduct(Code), Ethics and Compliance Policies and Procedures (E&C Policies) and other communications. Performsperiodic audits to ensure compliance. Conductsinvestigations resulting frominternal andEthics Line calls

What qualifications you will need:

+ High school diploma required

+ Associates or BS degree preferred

+ Content expert in ethics and compliance standards, rules and regulations, investigatory standards and practices, datacollectionand reporting

+ Relevant ethics and compliance certification in health care strongly preferred
