Our client, a leading organization in network infrastructure support, is seeking an Operations Analyst Level 1 to join their team. As an Operations Analyst Level 1, you will be part of the Network Operations team supporting store, distribution, and manufacturing center operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to troubleshoot effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

+ Triaging, diagnosing, and remediating network incidents related to Kroger’s WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi infrastructure

+ Supporting the stability, security, and sustainability of network systems and services

+ Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve network issues efficiently

+ Performing proactive maintenance on network devices including routers, switches, and access points

+ Assisting with network device implementation and standard change procedures

What's Needed?

+ 3-5 years of experience working with network technologies

+ Experience with Wi-Fi and wireless infrastructure

+ Knowledge of network routing and switching protocols

+ Strong troubleshooting skills for routers and switches

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
